Tonight I celebrated the Winter ’26 issue of Network Magazine at the gorgeous Vault 634 in downtown Allentown.

Big thanks to Ray Bridgeman for the invite and the chance to share a bit of my story on how I’m building community through food and hospitality with Hosted by Howell and Windsor Deli. I’m excited to continue writing and serving the Valley.

Always a pleasure when our services are paired with bartending services as well. Beth and the team at Hausbar Mobile Bartending Service crafted the perfect cocktails for our guests along with handling the wine pairings for the meal!

What a fun weekend in the Poconos again! This time for a bachelor party with some amazing food and guests. They wanted a “family style steakhouse vibe.” We said sure thing!

This evening’s menu….

- braised pork belly (citrus and Asian influence)
- garlic shrimp in a white wine and butter sauce with grilled sourdough

- chateaubriand (roasted whole tenderloin of beef)
- herb crusted lamb chops

This menu was created by collaborating with our clients on their vision for the evening. We were able to bring that to life and give these clients an experience they’ll never forget.
