Fun fact: when I started college, I wanted to be an Interior Designer. This was before design software was what it is today. Programs like 2020 and CAD were not at my fingertips, and hand-drawing floor plans was⦠humbling. Especially when drawing a straight line felt like an advanced skill.
Fast forward years later, and I still get to be part of that world, just in a different way.
Now I help the designers, builders, and remodelers bring their visions to life by finding the talent they didnāt even know where to start looking.
Turns out, you do not need to draw the plans to help build something beautiful.

Like most of the recruiting world, things slowed down over the holidays. It was the perfect pause for hiring managers, candidates, and yes⦠me, to recharge after a full year.
