I met the sweetest lady, Ms. Sadie, at a homebuyers seminar hosted by Rhonda Gazette S. Porter, who invited me to be part of the event. Ms. Sadie was at the finish line of her homebuying journey, but a last-minute collection account hit her credit and caused the deal to fall through.
