Keto “Spaghetti” and Meat Sauce with Ricotta Recipe
Cut spaghetti squash in half and remove seeds.
Drizzle olive oil, salt, and black pepper on each side of the squash and place it cut side up in a baking pan with about an inch of water
Roast at 400° until the squash is cooked and browned around the edges
While the squash is roasting, sauté a pound of ground beef with half of a onion- chopped, three smashed and chopped cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Add your favorite spaghetti sauce.
Remove the squash from the oven, scoop in some whole milk ricotta and top with the meat sauce.
