Our company paintball outing was a showdown for the ages: Techs vs. Office! The techs came in locked and loaded, ready for the fight. The office crew (underdogs) came in highly caffeinated and showing their age. There were heroic dives, questionable hiding spots, and just enough friendly fire to keep things interesting. Towards the end Office was pinned down so bad behind a small water container the referee had to come out guns blazing giving us some covering fire so we could drag our tired battered bodies back into the fight! In the end, we all left covered in paint, laughing, and already planning a rematch.

Huge shoutout to Team Apex for their incredible work at Lapham Lodge! From the projector and digital signage to the microphones and distributed audio, this is truly the most impressive facility I’ve seen in the Wisconsin State Parks system. It was a tremendous honor to meet the Governor and First Lady. I’m deeply grateful to everyone at Lapham Peak and the Wisconsin DNR for trusting us to help bring your vision to life.

I’ve always liked the way pendant speakers look in commercial spaces. Here is an example of one we are working on right now. The detail of the ceiling and beams really make for a nice looking building.

Bar Rescue came to Wisconsin and asked us to do all the Episodes of Season 9 they are filming here. It was our job to re-do the audio/video of the bars in just a tight 36 hour window per location. The host Jon Taffer is a class act and the producer Brenden was an absolute pleasure to work with. A tremendous amount of work is put into these bars in just such a short window. This show is the real deal and they truly put every ounce of energy into turning these places around. They asked us if we wanted to be in the last episode of the season filmed in Milwaukee last night and we couldn’t pass it up. Team Apex killed it as always and we had a lot of fun in the process.

Ready, set, go! The 2024 Apex Outing was all about living on the edge. From the exhilarating go-kart race to the virtual reality experience, every moment was filled with excitement. We took a pit stop at Point Burger Bar and followed with fierce arcade competitions that kept everyone laughing. We are so grateful to have such an amazing team.
