Always loved Tapirs so when I came across a baby and mama Tapir postcard a friend had sent me about 30 years ago, I got inspired. Also found out Wallingford Zoo in Seattle had a tapir baby born last summer! She’s less of a baby now and lost her spots and stripes.

Wonder. To be drawn in awe and delight. In a world fraught with lies, greed, power and injustice, breathe a sigh of relief as one came in humility, poverty and with the intent to serve, not to be served. @ Bremerton, Washington

Collaboration with artists and youth on this mural for the Coffee Oasis teen shelter in Bremerton. More to come!

Collaboration of West Sound Printmakers- 16 tiles of carved lino to create the 3x3’ block to be printed for Wayzgoose Kitsap 2020. All portraits of women artists we wish to make more known. Wayzgoose theme is “Invisible” this year. Here Paula Gill sets tiles in place.
