Any Great British Bake Off fans?

I tried my hand at Prue’s Prinzregententorte! This 19th century Bavarian cake includes 8 sponge layers that represent the 8 administrative districts within Bavaria at that time. My take is a bit different, being entirely gluten and dairy free and only maybe a bit stodgy (don’t tell Paul👀)! Nevertheless, we enjoyed it! Here’s to trying more gf/df bakes!

I am Sierra, your friendly neighborhood labor and delivery nurse with a side gig of baking. I started baking at a young age for my family (shoutout to the OG taste testers), and now it’s turned into my small little business! I started with cakes, but cookies are quickly becoming my favorite thing!

I’ve been a nurse for just over a year (A YEAR ALREADY, WHATT?!). Between 12 hour shifts and baking days, I spend my time with my partner and current taste tester, Tucker, and our 8 month old bernedoodle puppy, Callie 🐶

I have been cancer free since 2019
I was recently diagnosed with celiac (now accepting only gf orders?!)
I love binge watching all crime series, but I am a big scaredy-cat irl
