Good morning! Happy Sunday 😊. MASSIVE thank you to everybody who came to my show last night! Sorry for the technical difficulties I think I have been sorted out for next week so there should be less issues hopefully. (I'm still learning this new streaming software)
Today enjoying a banana raspberry smoothie made with greek yogurt as my first meal of the day... it's not really breakfast time it's more like it's brunch if I'm honest.

Slice a banana and freeze it the night before. Get a bag of frozen raspberries (it's a lot cheaper than the fresh ones and keeps your smoothie colder longer!) I use Oikos 000 yogurt but you do you boo it's your mouth after all. Add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of you milk of choice and blitz it with the maguc bullet blender youve have stored away in the back of your kitchen cabinets for eons. If you need it sweeter add a blob of honey or add some of your favorite sweetener to taste. I really don't find it needs any additional sugar and I'm a sugar fiend at times 🤣.

I'm gonna take the day to relax and maybe play some stardew valley or Asphalt Legends on Twitch later.

Its a New moon today!!!!!

Today was the 1st day I was able to stand long enough to make myself some breakfast! For those that don't know I've been recovering from spine surgery and it's been a rough experience. I'm still dealing with quite a bit of pain but it's not the same as it was so that's good I guess. Standing and walking is hard for me at the moment this was quite an accomplishment for me!

Today's morning meal is 1 frozen banana, a cup of frozen raspberries, 1 oikos 000 vanilla Greek yogurt and about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of whatever milk you have. Blitz it together and enjoy.
