I-5 RC Raceway

With the weather rolling in that will be a wrap for the 2023 season, huge thanks to all of you who came out and supported the place and helped make some awesome memories! Stay tuned for next summers plans!

Gates are open for the final day of the season! Track is still good and the weather is supposed to be perfect!

As of right now the forecast is looking favorable for being able to keep the track open a couple more weekends! So far the track has taken the rain very well, as long as we don't get too much rain on Friday it should be perfect for some practice this weekend! I will evaluate it friday evening and make a decision for this weekend and let you all know!

With all the rain coming next week this may be the last weekend to get laps in! Come get some laps in on the dirt before it turns to mud!

Unfortunately we are not going to be racing this weekend. Light entries coupled with having no water until next week it’s just not going to work out. The track will still be open for practice/play but will be dry. Super bummed but just not much I can do right now

Been hammering the track with water all day, it should be really good for open practice tomorrow! Gates open from 10am-6pm, $15 per driver. Anything 1/8 scale and under (Mojave is ok as well) with a maximum of 4s. Come have some fun on the dirt!

We are approaching our busiest month of the RC racing and event year, as AMain Hobbies and our ProTek RC and EcoPower brands will be sponsoring more than 50 races and events in September. Highlighting the slate of amazing activity will be our sponsorship of the 2023 IFMAR 1:10 Off-Road Electric World Championship at Hobby Action RC Raceway in Chandler, Arizona September 9-16. We are looking forward to some fun and fast action in September and we encourage everyone to get out and do as much racing, bashing, drifting, crawling, or flying as you can.

Finishing up a few track repairs today and getting everything watered in, forecast is calling for 1/4” of rain tomorrow and a perfect 80 degrees on Saturday! The track will be open for practice Saturday from 10am-7pm come get some laps in on the dirt!
