Sometimes the hardest decisions are the ones that make the most sense.

After countless conversations with myself, a lot of prayer, and more tears than I expected, I’ve decided to put Amanda’s Kitchen on pause.

This business has never just been about food.

It has been a piece of my heart. It has carried me through seasons of growth, healing, uncertainty, and joy. It gave me purpose when I needed it most, introduced me to the most incredible people, and allowed me to be part of some of life’s most meaningful moments. Every meal I created was my way of loving people, and every event left a mark on me that I’ll never forget.

The opportunities, the friendships, the trust you’ve placed in me… they’ve changed my life forever.

Recently, an unexpected career opportunity came into my life—one that aligns with where I’m being called in this season. It’s a path that offers growth, stability, and possibilities I simply can’t ignore. While my heart wants to keep saying yes to everything, I’ve realized I can’t continue pouring from a cup that’s constantly being divided.

So, for now, I’m choosing to honor Amanda’s Kitchen by giving it the pause it deserves instead of only being able to give it pieces of myself.

This isn’t the end of Amanda’s Kitchen. I don’t believe that for a second.

I truly believe some dreams aren’t meant to disappear—they’re meant to rest until it’s time for them to bloom again.

To every person who hired me, referred me, shared my posts, left a review, encouraged me, or simply believed in me… thank you. You gave a dream room to grow, and I’ll never be able to express how much that has meant to me.

Thank you for letting me be part of your weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family dinners, celebrations, and milestones. Those memories will stay with me forever.

This chapter is closing, but only because another one is opening. And while I don’t know exactly where this road will lead, I know it’s leading me somewhere I’m meant to be.

Amanda’s Kitchen will always be home.
