My best friend called me and said his baby wanted her hair done so guess who been standing up for 6 hrs getting it done

I recently let an unsatisfied customer discourage me from braiding and I stopped promoting my business. One thing I hate is to let a paying customer down so when she came to facebook to voice her disapproval I was not only taken aback by her delivery seeing as she had come to me on several occasions and had never stated to me that she was unhappy with my services. In that moment I decided that I was not going to braid anymore. Then after looking at my work, I did see where I could make improvements but I also noticed that my work was good for what it was.
