Rapid Response is one of the nation's fastest growing premier third party logistical companies. We currently have a need for an experienced In Home Delivery Manager to work Tuesday - Saturday.
Requirements:
Logistics management experience is preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be self-motivated, and have strong communication and organizational skills.
Must possess the ability to effectively coach and evaluate independent contractors.
Must demonstrate strong accounting, analytical and organizational skills, as well the ability to define and effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress.
Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve team conflicts with the goal of obtaining cooperation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.

We are looking to contract with professional, courteous and hard-working independent delivery contractors to service a fast-growing furniture retailer.
Responsibilities:
* Knowledgeable, courteous home furnishing delivery to customer’s homes
* Professionally represent client and company

Qualifications:
* MUST HAVE your own DOT Authority
* Commercial insurance policy
* Must have your own delivery truck – 26ft equipped for home delivery
* Previous furniture experience is helpful

* Daily and/or weekly gross earnings for each market vary, please inquire for specific pay information. Fuel surcharge (details to be explained and documented in the pay schedule)
