I just wanted to take a moment to wish all of you a very Happy Thanksgiving. The world is certainly a crazy place currently but there is still plenty to be thankful for. Enjoy the time with your families and be reminded of what is really important in life.

Had a great meeting today with the leaders of Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota. A very impressive group that is doing great work at their stores and having an important impact in their communities.
We had a lot of laughs while learning different aspects of effective leadership. Thanks Nick Adams for bringing me in to meet your team. So nice to be back in front of smiling faces.

A great meeting last week with the Tractor Supply Regionals to hone presentation skills. It's been a while since we've worked together but it seemed like old times. Thanks for a fun and LIVE meeting. So nice to get back in front of live audiences.

What a great training session with the Husqvarna Robotic Mower Division. Nice to finally get a chance to meet face to face. Lots of fun and a great group of people. Not to mention I left 29-degree weather for 70 degrees in NC. Thanks for an enjoyable session.
As things are starting to open up it's a good time to think about LIVE training. Zoom/Video training has been the norm for the last two years and I am willing to bet people would love an actual face to face, human contact training. Well what a weekend. For the first time in a loooong time I did live training sessions for Bad Boy's Dealer network in KC. It was an amazing event given by an amazing company.
I felt the same way as when I did my very first training session 28 years ago. The excitement level was off the charts and the audience was as fired up as I was to be in person. Nice to talk to people live VS a computer screen.
Thank you Bad Boy for a great event and thanks to all the Dealers who made the sessions informative, a laugh a minute, smiles and real human contact. Can't wait for the next one. It proves to me that live training will never die because the people respond to it and LOVE IT!
