Today, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, father figures, mentors, and the men who show up with love, guidance, and strength every day.

Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the lessons you teach, the support you provide, and the example you set for the next generation. Your presence matters, your voice matters, and the impact you have on your families and our community is immeasurable.

At Simply Hermosa, we believe strong communities are built by people who care for one another, and today we honor the men who lead with love, integrity, and heart.

Thankful Thursday

Today, I’m taking a moment to reflect on something that is at the heart of everything we do at Simply Hermosa: community.

When I started this journey, I never imagined how many incredible people would walk alongside us. The volunteers who show up without being asked. The businesses that believe in our mission. The women who trust us with their stories. The community members who continue to support our events, programs, and dreams.

This season has been especially humbling as we work toward the Las Chicas Community Backpack Drive and prepare for the What Makes You Beautiful Women’s Conference. Every donation, every share, every encouraging message reminds me that none of this happens alone.

Today, I am grateful for the people who choose to make a difference—even when no one is watching.

Thank you for helping us create spaces where people can be seen, be heard, and be celebrated.

Planning for the What Makes You Beautiful Women's Conference 2026 is well underway, and I cannot wait to introduce you to the incredible women who will be part of this year's experience.

Over the next few weeks, we'll begin announcing our speakers, panelists, and the very special women who will be recognized for the impact they are making in our community.

Each year, this conference reminds me why Simply Hermosa exists. We all deserve spaces where we feel seen, heard, celebrated, and reminded that our stories matter. This year will be no different.

September 12, 2026, is going to be something truly special, and I hope you'll join us.

Thankful Thursday 🤍

I think sometimes people see the events, the pictures, the flowers, the smiles, and all of the beautiful things Simply Hermosa does, but they don't always see the journey behind it.

The truth is, Simply Hermosa was built during some of the hardest seasons of my life. Seasons where I was learning who I was outside of everyone else's expectations. Seasons where I questioned my purpose, my worth, and whether I had anything left to give.

But God has a funny way of using our pain to create purpose.

What started as a small dream has grown into a community of women who remind each other that we matter. That our stories matter. That we don't have to shrink ourselves to make others comfortable.

Over the next few Thursdays, I want to share some of those stories with you. The lessons I've learned, the people who have poured into me, the moments that changed me, and the gratitude I have for every person who has walked alongside this journey.

I don't have it all figured out. I'm still learning. Still growing. Still healing. But one thing I know for sure is that Simply Hermosa exists because women deserve spaces where they can show up exactly as they are and still be loved, supported, and celebrated.

Thank you for cheering me on, for believing in this mission, and for being part of this beautiful community we've built together.
