What You’ll Do:

- Monitor AI-generated chat responses to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Intervene in chats when needed and ensure the AI obtains a phone number
- Call leads to gather detailed application information
- Request and collect documents such as valid ID and proof of income
- Conduct follow-ups if required to complete the intake process
- Make cold calls during low chat activity

- Company CRM
- Discord / WhatsApp

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer chat or phone support
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Reliable internet and PC
- A 2nd monitor is preferred but not required
