How do you leave an impression? Evoke a memory? Subtly educate without intimidation? Make it fun and memorable!

I would like to think Botanically Curious has been focused on this since the start.

I work with people one to one or in group settings to really spark that curiosity and unfold the layers of the human condition, to better understand the people I work with and the communities I serve.

Would love to know what other things tie hospitality to herbalism, so leave me your comments below!

Cycle 101: What’s Actually Going On 🩸

This workshop is something I really wish more of us had when we were younger a space where we can talk honestly about our cycles without shame, confusion, or feeling like we’re supposed to just “figure it out.”

Mischa is a clinical herbalist and craniosacral therapist who does a beautiful job explaining what’s happening in the body in a way that actually makes sense. We’ll cover the basics like hormones, cramps, mood changes, body tenderness, also the practical stuff like how food, sleep, and daily habits can support a healthier, more comfortable cycle.

WHY? when we can support our bodies more holistic at an earlier age as women we set ourselves up for success in later stages of life. Build your child’s support system now, so they don’t ask chatGPT or TikTok and get misinformation.

There will be time for questions, real conversation, and sharing what’s working and what’s not. Nothing clinical or awkward but a supportive educational circle with tools young people can carry with them.

If you have a high schooler who has started their cycle or will be soon, this is a really grounding place to learn and feel more confident in their body. We will be open until 6 and kids are welcome to hang out until 6 if parents need extended pick ups and can’t join.
