Why Federal IT Leaders Set Aside $100M for Customer Experience 07/06/2022

A government by the people and for the people should be designed to serve the people.

We are so excited that the Biden administration has allocated a significant portion of the Technology Modernization Fund to programs with a strong focus on the citizen experience.

“We felt it was important to call out CX as kind of a streamlined fund,” Federal Chief Information Officer Clare Martorana said at FCW’s CX Summit.

Welcome to our 2022 ServiceNow Academy interns!

Our ServiceNow Academy (SNAC) program partners with HBCUs and local colleges to teach students how to become a ServiceNow Systems Administrator or Developer. The 12-week internship program includes lectures, readings, and hands-on work with JavaScript, ITIL, ITSM, application development and Agile. The team’s final capstone project puts their new skills to work addressing real-world IT issues currently facing our federal customers.

Our Mission and Platform teams had a fantastic time at the Amazon Web Services Federal Summit! They were able to connect with other cloud computing professionals and get hands-on experience with the amazing technology showcased.

The AWS DeepRacer gave our team an exciting and fun opportunity to test their machine learning skills by writing algorithms to train model self-driving cars. The team was then able to test how well their algorithms worked by racing their model self-driving cars around a track. Our very own Mudassir Adnan’s algorithm was so well written that his car had the fastest time around the track at the conference! And he did all this in a super sharp blazer, which in our book merits extra points 😊

Team NuAxis turned out in force to support The Children's Inn at NIH gala to benefit The Inn. This is one of NuAxis’ favorite nights of the year, as the cause is near and dear to our hearts. Our donation goes to helping the Inn support children during their battle with rare illnesses.

After a 2-year hiatus, the gala was a raging success. Together with our industry colleagues, the event raised over $1 million for the Inn! $1,083,988 to be exact.

Thank you to NIH, the Children’s Inn, and everyone who helped raise money for such an amazing cause! Congratulations Todd Pantezzi for yet another successful gala.
