Keeperlytics is growing, and we're looking for someone who loves organized books, clean reconciliations, and helping businesses succeed.

Position: Junior Bookkeeper
📍 Tyler, TX (In-Person/Remote)
🕒 Part-Time (20 hours/week)
💲 $20.00–$25.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Categorize and record transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Manage high-volume A/R and A/P
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Troubleshoot discrepancies
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll
• Support administrative and team tasks
• Handle confidential financial information with care

Non-Negotiables

✔️ Ridiculous attention to detail
✔️ Strong time management and follow-through
✔️ Clear, professional communication
✔️ Organizational skills that border on supernatural
✔️ Ownership of your work

Nice to Have

• 1–2 years of QuickBooks Online or Desktop experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with Dubsado, Asana, and Google Workspace
