Bradley, life with you has certainly never been boring. 😂 We’ve laughed until we cried, dreamed some crazy dreams, walked through some really hard seasons, and learned a whole lot about love, grace, forgiveness, faith, and each other along the way.

And if there’s one thing I know, it’s this: I still choose you.

I choose the man who somehow followed me home and never left. 😂❤️ I choose the man I can dream about land, horses, a homestead, businesses, and a completely different life with. I choose the man I can laugh with, cry with, pray with, fuss with, forgive, grow with, and wake up the next morning still knowing there’s nobody else I’d rather do life with.

I am so proud of the man you are becoming and the way I’ve watched God work in your life. I know our story hasn’t always been easy, but maybe that’s what makes it ours. We’re still here. Still growing. Still dreaming. Still choosing each other. ❤️

I hope you know today just how deeply you are loved — not because you’re perfect, but because you’re you. My Bradley. My husband. My best friend. My pain in the butt. 😂 My cowboy. And my person.

I pray this next year of your life is one of your best yet. That God continues to lead you, strengthen you, and shape you into the man He created you to be. And I pray I get to be right there beside you for every bit of it.

Meet Jack, the newest member of our Redeemed Roots family.

Over the past few days we’ve watched something beautiful happen. Ava has already claimed him as her buddy, Elijah has been loving on him, Bradley has been getting him saddled and ready to ride, and I’ve found myself smiling every time I see him waiting at the fence.

We’re still learning each other, but it already feels like God knew exactly when our family needed a little more peace, a little more adventure, and another reason to slow down together.

At Redeemed Roots, we’re learning that homesteading isn’t just about growing gardens or raising animals. It’s about growing closer as a family, creating memories that last a lifetime, and thanking God for the blessings He places in our path.

Here’s to new beginnings, dusty boots, evening rides, and the gentle reminder that some of life’s greatest treasures can’t be bought—they’re entrusted to us.

Meet Martha, my Desk Goose. 🪿💙

Ava named her, and she’s been promoted to office supervisor. Her duties include:
✔ Watching over family photos
✔ Guarding my desk
✔ Providing emotional support
✔ Judging my life choices
✔ Reminding me to keep my eyes on Jesus ✝️

I never thought I’d be the kind of person who owned a desk goose, but here we are.

Does anyone else have a porch goose, desk goose, or some other random little mascot that has completely taken over their life? 😂

Today may not look like much to the world… but to us, it feels like abundance. 💛

Our very first squash of the season, a handful of tiny potatoes, a fresh onion, and eggs from the hens. Little by little, God is teaching us that growth happens one seed, one prayer, and one faithful step at a time.

This is the kind of life we’ve been praying for.
Slower. Simpler. Rooted.

Sometimes the harvest starts small before it becomes overflowing. 🌱
