We’re Jonathan and Holly Holsberry and we’re Eden Coffee Co. We recently relocated to Tyler, Texas and are loving our new adventure as East Texas residents!

We started dreaming up Eden about a year and a half ago and decided to take the jump just a few months later. Holly is a 1st grade teacher who, since being a barista through college, has dreamed of opening her own coffee company and keeping in touch with the world of coffee. Jonathan works from home as a consulting analyst for an instructional design firm, but has always had the “entrepreneurial itch” and loves the social aspect of coffee.

We’re happy to now be serving East Texas and North Texas. Let’s be friends!

Feel like we kinda dropped off the face of the earth there for a second? That’s because we kinda did🥴

Due to some personal reasons and some very unfortunate timing, we put our side hustle on pause for the past few months.

BUT we are ready to dive back in and serve some delicious espresso-based beverages at your next event!
