Take the time to protect your eyes !! Safety glasses have come along way, with many sizes, and designs for comfort and appearance !
Keep it cool !! On the construction sight, you can fill a small cooler in the evening with water and ice, or just ice. Use it during the day, to soak small towels, headbands, or cooling vests during the day. My fav are the cooling headbands !! They work great under a hard hat !
North Pole has an air quality advisory out today--take precautions if out jogging, or working outside.
