Spacious 3-Bed, 2-Bath Two-Level Home on 2 Acres in Hazelton! 🌳🏡

Located just 3.8 miles from Valley School District, this beautiful countryside retreat at 1257 Valley Rd, Hazelton, ID 83335 features a remodeled two-level layout. The main level includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the lower level offers a 3rd bedroom and a flexible space that could serve as a 4th bedroom or a second living room.

The home has electric heating but no air conditioning. While window units are allowed, we don’t believe you’ll need much to keep the house cool—it has maintained a comfortable temperature even during recent heatwaves.

Water is included in the rent (home is on a well), with tenants responsible for trash, power, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the peaceful 2-acre lot with yard maintenance (mowing and watering) handled by the tenant—hoses and sprinklers provided.
