‼️EUTH ALERT!‼️ 🆘 URGENT! ALPINE - Senior Medical Himalyan Cat NEEDS RESCUE by 6/20/26! 🆘
🛟 Plea from OC Animal Care: 🛟
*Needs rescue by 6/20/26 due to medical!*
"Alpine" A1965729
10 years old, 10.50 lbs, neutered male, blue pt, Himalayan
"Alpine" was called in as an injured stray on 6/15. He is a sweet, friendly cat who is easy for our veterinary team to handle. Alpine came to us flea infested with a thinning coat, fractured canines, red gums, and heavy dental calculus. He had severe muscle wasting in his hind limbs, weakness, and he was not able to stand readily on his own. When Alpine would try to stand, his hind legs would splay. He was noted to be stronger on his forelimbs. Radiographs were taken which showed a large bladder and spondylosis along his thoracolumbar spine but no visible fractures. Alpine is now ambulatory on all 4 but ataxic and his legs start to slide under his body when he is walking. Our vet team is having to express Alpine's bladder (it is easily expressed). Some blood clots were noted in his urine so a Convenia injection was administered. Our vet team is concerned about a possible spinal cord injury, cauda equina, and/or a metabolic illness such as diabetes.
Please see Aspen's below medical history for more information and let us know if your organization is in a position to provide him with further needed diagnostics and veterinary care.
*Alpine could be humanely euthanized sooner if he were to decline.

♥ Litter Pumpkin Pie ♥ Animal ID: A1966005, 06. OC Animal Care
These kittens are about 3 weeks old and will need to be bottle fed every 3-4 hours with no overnight feeding required. They are right on the cusp of transitioning to a slurry diet but need another week to week and a half before they are ready. They are chunky so we anticipate they may go on hunger strike for the next 24-48 hours.
Both are active and very curious of their surroundings!

‼️EUTH ALERT!‼️ 🛟 URGENT! PARLOUR - Young Medical Cat NEEDS RESCUE by 6/18/26! 🛟
🚨Plea from OC Animal Care:🚨
*Needs Rescue Now!*
🐾Parlour A1965068 🐈⬛
9 months old, female, 3.10 lbs, DMH
Parlour is a very friendly cat who was called in as a stray on 6/10 after being on the RP's porch for several hours. For her intake exam, Parlour was noted to be very emaciated at 3.1 pounds and she had a severe upper respiratory infection with lingual ulcers. Palour was started on treatment but her URI is not improving. Parlour appears to be a young adult based on dentition, but she is only the weight of a 3-month-old. She has also lost weight here and is only 2.9 pounds as of yesterday (6/15). Our vet team is concerned that she may have an underlying illness causing the decline in her medical condition. Parlour needs a rescue who can get her to their vet for a diagnostic workup to determine next steps/treatment.
Please see her below medical history for more information and let us know if your organization can provide this further needed veterinary care.
*Parlour may be humanely euthanized sooner if she were to decline further.
