After 60 years it was time to upgrade this vanity!

Goodbye tile and hello to quartz!

Client ordered custom vanity, I handled the demo, drywall repair/paint, new counter top, plumbing, fixtures, and cabinet hardware.

Nice thing about undermount sinks was that the client gained a lot of counter space back. Look how the old sinks took up a bunch of room.

Hopefully this vanity will last another 60 years!

This was the toughest sink cabinet replacement to date!

Due to being an island cabinet the pipes came through the floor. Got the new piece in there as tight as I could and it turned out great!

Installed a new faucet too but forgot the picture 😞.

Real plywood always looks so much better!
