Client in Oakdale was having issues with the pocket door coming off the track in the wall.

After some investigation I noticed the track was severely bent. See picture. Solution was to replace the track.

Unfortunately that requires cutting a hole in the wall to access the track.

After installation, drywall piece reattached and wall was mudded and textured. Ready for paint!

It's been a while but this cabinet needed a new floor bad!

Water leaking on the particle board turned it into a crater.

Patio posts take a beating!

The old one was kind of just hanging, no longer adding support to the beam above. It was also a scratching post as you can see for pets.

Took out the old one and put a new post in.

Should last another 30 years!

Client was tired of looking at this fence splitting their pool from the rest of the yard.

We cut it all out and hauled it away.

As you can see, the client already had a pet door in the storm door.

They were tired of opening the door to the house in order to let pets through.

The solution was to add a door to the main door and that way dogs could go through both doors at the same time.

This client just purchased their home about 8 months ago and is looking to get a golf cart.

This client had some bifold doors that no longer were working well and coming apart.

The doors are probably 40 years old and original to the home . Replacing with new style doors was not really an option to keep the look of the room.

I came up with a solution, turn the bifold doors into bypass closet doors!

Modified the closet opening, added some hardware to the doors, and 💥, good for another decade!
