Helping my clients set boundaries for themselves is one of the areas of my work that I am most passionate about. This is a reminder that YOU deserve to be happy. YOU get to draw the lines for yourself to create environments that make you feel comfortable, safe and keep you focused on what is important to you. Setting boundaries and following through with keeping your boundaries isn’t always easy. Just remember that it is your job to take care of YOU.
