Fine art and design to inspire joy in life’s everyday moments and most special celebrations. Ephesians 3:20-21
Let’s take a look at these block letters I did for a recent high school grad in Nashville headed to the University of Alabama in the fall.
The letters spell out this lucky guys name, and each one is flanked from top to bottom in crimson and white (and black and gray). From Big Al and Rammer Jammer to Dixieland Delight, these letters scream Roll Tide. My favorite part is the bunting flag that says “BAMA” and the years that Alabama football has won a national championship. And since houndstooth is an official/unofficial pattern of this school, these letters wouldn’t have been complete without it.
Congratulations to Rhodes! Good luck in Tuscaloosa in the fall and in your future! Roll Tide!
Reveal of this graduation banner for a super smart and talented guy in Tupelo.
You know by now that personalizing banners (and other things) to their specific person or event is my jam, and that’s what I did with this banner. Tupelo’s mascot is the Golden Wave, so I put Waveman in a cap and tassel. Mason is a super smart and super talented young man. Among his achievements he was named valedictorian for the class of 2026. He is also musically gifted, performing in Tupelo’s show choir band, Structure, and the orchestra. I wrote valedictorian on the diploma Waveman is holding and added a medal around his neck to represent all of Mason’s academic achievements. The stars and music notes on the banner represent him being a star student and his participation in Structure, the orchestra, and other musical endeavors. In the fall, Mason is headed to Mississippi State which is represented by the cowbell being rung loud and proud in Waveman’s other hand.
Congratulations, Mason, on a job well done at Tupelo High School! Good
luck in your next chapter at Mississippi State! Hail State!
Fun reveal of this darling banner made for 2 Golden Wave girlies headed to cheer camp at Mississippi State!
I’ve made camp banners in the past, but this one may be my favorite. I had one of the girls moms send me a pic of their uniform and used those on the girls on the banner. The traditional Tupelo colors of blue and gold really pop off the the banner with the white! I incorporated the same colors in the cheer uniforms in their names and added a banner at the top for Mississippi State to stand out.
I know these girls are going to have the cutest room at camp! Go wave!
Reveal of this banner that made its way to Maryland for a special celebration.
When Caleb’s mom contacted me about creating a banner, she shared that he was graduating from RSPS and had been accepted and would attend McDonogh School for his high school career. She wanted a banner to highlight and celebrate both of these achievements. She sent me the logos for the schools, and we were set.
I combined the colors from both schools to create a bunting which tied the schools together to create a cohesive look across the banner. My favorite part was the McDonogh logo. I love the clean, sleek look of the eagle and the orange.
The crazy thing is a local baker in Maryland recreated the logo on cookies for the celebration and my style of painting coordinated perfectly with them. It really looks like I either iced those cookies or the baker painted the banner… pics of that to come soon. When the little details line up I always say it was meant to be!
Congratulations to Caleb on a job well done at Resurrection-St. Paul School and good luck on all that is to come at McDonogh! We can’t wait to see you soar!
May, you have been a gem. And a grind. There were times where I didn’t think we’d get to the end, and there were times I needed you to slow down. On top of some of the most important events in my family’s life, I painted… a lot.
This month my work made it to Tennessee, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, and Mississippi. Grad season, end of the year events for baseball teams, birthdays, and lots and lots of decorative letters made May a great month.
I will never take for granted the gift the Lord has given me to share with others. I’m so humbled that people find my work worthy to be a part of their celebrations and daily life. To God alone be the glory!
“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” -Col. 3:17
Y’all, y’all, Y’ALL!!!! We’ve been quiet this week because we’ve been on vacay. I have so many favorites and even discovered some new favorite artists (Plot Twists loading…). I can’t wait to show y’all more!

Hard launch of this banner that made its way to Louisiana to celebrate 2 high school graduates headed to Louisiana Tech University in the fall!
Louisiana Tech is a college in Ruston, Louisiana with some pretty notable alumni including Terry Bradshaw, Karl Malone, Kix Brooks of Brooks and Dunn, and Duck Commander Phil Robertson.
When contacted about painting this banner, a few things were musts:
-Louisiana Tech has to be prominent
-“Ever Loyal Be” (a lyric from their Alma Mater that serves as the schools unifying cheer and motto) has to be on there &
-something to represent the Regal Blues, LATech’s dance team that Brooklyn will be a part of next year.
Done and done!
I love the bold bright colors on this banner. That deep, vibrant royal blue has turned out to be one of my favorite colors to paint with across all of the media I use. It pairs so well with just about any color. My favorite part of this banner is the bright pop of sky blue in the poms and on the banner flag.
Congrats to Brooklyn and Brett on a great high school career! And good luck at LaTech this fall!

These hand painted baseballs recently made their way to Missouri for a group of Senior guys finishing up their final high school baseball season at Westminster Christian Academy near St. Louis.
Each ball is customized with the player’s name, number, and position. In addition, they also feature the emblem worn on the team’s baseball caps, the year 2026, and a cross all done in the schools colors of navy and gray.
Everytime I’ve been asked to create something for a Senior, it just makes me smile. Such an exciting time in their lives as they step into the next chapter with their futures full and bright!
Good luck to these Senior athletes in everything their future holds!
Reveal of an extra large pickleball themed banner for an end of the year party in Tupelo featuring everyone’s favorite golden girl. 😍
I loved all of the colors on this banner. I stuck with the schools traditional red and blue, but used varying shades to update it and keep it interesting. This banner was definitely giving school spirit on the pickleball court.
My favorite part was the “Class of 2029” on one paddle and the schools shield on the other paddle. Also… peep the scared smile on my face… this banner was 6’ long, and it was pouring rain right off of my porch. I was so worried the banner was going to get wet. 😵💫
This was a cute one and a fun one! Congrats to the Class of 2029 on surviving Freshman year! Here’s to a great high school career!
