Why is there always a fight for the warranty coverage? Builders should just do the right thing. Thats it. No exclusions. No excuses. Period.

How much space do you need in your kitchen?

🚶🏽Walkways should be no less than 40”, cabinet face to cabinet face. We typically do 44” unless the space won’t allow it.

🚶🏽🚶🏽Island depth should max out at 54”. Sure, you can go bigger but the center of the island won’t be used because it’s a struggle to reach it. Always check your countertop slab dimensions as well to make sure they will fit your cabinet layouts. Made that mistake a time or two 🫣.

🚶🏽🚶🏽🚶🏽Always add a few inches in front of appliances such as a range or fridge. These are big appliances with large doors and navigating around them requires a bit more space.

Don’t spend your budget until you know if it’s going to yield a return! Because not every upgrade is money well spent. Sometimes, that upgrade means you must be ok with wasting your money. Understand before the decision is made if it’s a wise choice or not.

Interesting thought. Do you go with the one who is the hard sale but maybe has little follow through? Maybe the one who is laid back and easy going. What about the one who loves to learn and teach others or is excellent with numbers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️3) Keep your build on schedule! Carrying costs yield no return! It’s money wasted. Be diligent with pressing for progress!

What is the “WHY” behind the “WHAT”? There’s nothing wrong with learning, growing and developing! Don’t settle for what everyone else is doing. Find a better, more efficient, more cost effective way to accomplishing your goal.

What the heck is taking so long?
