Complaints are growing over auction signs being placed incorrectly—many taped to utility poles instead of properly installed in the ground.
Tulsa City Councilor Phil Lakin says those signs can actually be considered litter… and if you see one posted illegally, you can remove it and throw it away.
City leaders say the issue isn’t just about appearance—it could also impact driver safety.
