Steve Norman is a seasoned public safety professional with nearly 25 years of law enforcement experience, including nearly two decades serving as Chief of Police in Henryetta, Oklahoma. He is known for decisive leadership, building community trust, and a commitment to excellence in policing.

As Chief, Norman led a high-performing team of officers and dispatchers while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and proactive service. He worked closely with city leadership, residents, and local, state, and federal partners to strengthen public safety and operational effectiveness.

A dedicated instructor, Norman has extensive experience teaching law enforcement courses and developing future professionals. His expertise includes fi****ms and LEDT training, policy development, and leadership.
