The Cherry Blossom--Beautiful, inspirational, and unifying. Please, let's share this with our commu
The Japanese Language Club is an organization dedicated to the study and sharing of Japanese lanuage and culture. The Club has attended such events as Godzilla Fest and Kids World in an attempt to share Japanese culture and language with the local community. The Japanese Club's latest project is the planting of Cherry Blossom Trees and a planting celebration.
Visitors are coming from Utsunomiya (Tulsa's sister city in Japan) to Tulsa. Anyone with a spare room interested in hosting someone? From what I understand, they are a bit older. Please post if you would like more information (you may also be able to find info by searching Tulsa Global Alliance).

The National Cherry Blossom Festival earlier this year--Celebrating the beauty of cherry blossom trees and the friendship between the People of the United States and the People of Japan!
Hey guys, I have a class that goes until 4:30 pm and it isn't over until Feb. 11. So as far as Saturday meets go, 5 is really the best option for me. Especially since I'll be returning to work once the class is over. During the week, I could do M/W video conference between 9am and 3pm. I might be able to do T/Th video conference, but I'm not sure when.... As for Friday and Sunday, I won't be available until after 3; I work on the weekends.
It may just be time for someone else to take charge if we can't get a time when Melissa and I could participate.
Ordered 5 pizzas for the party; 1 sausage, 2 cheese, 2 pepperoni. I’ll be bringing a two liter of pepsi and hopefully some sonic ice... Everyone coming, please bring something... and post it here so that we may avoid duplicates!
An event will be posted as soon as the room is confirmed for the End-of-Semester party! Please keep checking back!
Halloween photos are up! They shall be sorted as soon as possible!
