Time flies when you’re staying in a cave. 🏡✨ It was finally time to check out of our cozy hobbit cave in Eureka Springs, and honestly, I wasn’t ready to leave. Tucked away in the Ozarks, it was peaceful, quiet, secluded, and the perfect place to unplug from the chaos of everyday life.
Before heading home, we made a few final stops to soak up every last bit of this charming town. First up was breakfast at The Filling Station, followed by a sweet treat from a local bakery and a stroll through downtown. We walked past the iconic Crescent Hotel, often called “America’s Most Haunted Hotel.” Built in 1886 as a luxury resort, the Crescent has welcomed guests for well over a century and is one of Eureka Springs’ most famous landmarks. Whether you’re into history, architecture, or ghost stories, it’s definitely worth seeing while you’re in town.
Our last adventure was exploring Onyx Cave, one of Arkansas’ oldest show caves. The winding pathways, unique rock formations, and cool underground temperatures made it the perfect final stop before making the drive home.
Eureka Springs continues to surprise me every time we visit. Between the natural beauty, unique lodging, incredible food, rich history, and small-town charm, it’s a destination that keeps calling us back.

Amazon did it again with the designer-inspired finds. 🕶️✨
I saw another blogger post these sunglasses and had to try them for myself. I have the original Miu Miu pair, and one of these gives a very similar look for wayyy less. The other pair is giving Fendi-inspired without the Fendi price tag.
Are they the exact same quality as designer? No. But if you want the look without spending hundreds, these are definitely a save.
Perfect for vacation outfits, pool days, summer looks, travel, and everyday elevated style.
Comment “GLASSES” and I’ll send you the links. Which pair is your favorite?
Day 14 of my RogersHood Parafy + Lymf Kit combo cleanse 🌿✨
At this point in the cleanse, I always feel more intentional with my routine. More water, cleaner choices, movement, rest, and actually paying attention to what my body needs.
The Parafy Kit is designed to support your body’s natural cleansing process, digestion, gut balance, and internal wellness. This is the cleanse side, helping support your body from the inside out.
The Lymf Kit is designed to support the lymphatic system, drainage pathways, fluid movement, and natural detox flow. Your lymphatic system is such an important part of helping your body move out what it no longer needs.
Together, Parafy + Lymf can be such a powerful combo because cleansing and drainage work hand in hand. Parafy supports the internal cleanse, while Lymf supports the flow and exit pathways. It’s not just about doing a cleanse, it’s about supporting the systems your body already uses every single day.
People cleanse for so many reasons: to reset their routine, support digestion, feel more intentional with wellness habits, support natural detox pathways, and get back in tune with their body. For me, it’s become part of my biohacking and holistic wellness journey.

Some of my favorite moments in Eureka Springs weren’t planned at all. ✨
They happened while wandering the winding streets of downtown, listening to live music drift through the air, hearing laughter echo from restaurant patios, watching people explore the shops, and simply slowing down long enough to appreciate the beauty around me.
There’s something special about this little Ozark town. The historic buildings, colorful storefronts, hidden staircases, street performers, and the energy of people making memories create an atmosphere that’s hard to put into words. Every corner feels like a new discovery.
Sometimes the best part of traveling isn’t checking attractions off a list. It’s soaking in the sounds, sights, and feeling of a place and being fully present while life happens all around you.

Just got done exploring Eureka Springs and having dinner at Grotto, aka the cave 🪨✨
Since we were staying in a cave, it only felt right to eat in one too. After dinner, we stopped into a few little shops around town and found the cutest trinkets we couldn’t pass up, so obviously I had to do a mini haul unboxing with you… from inside the cave.
Eureka Springs is full of the most unique little stores, hidden gems, handmade finds, crystals, art, souvenirs, and random treasures you didn’t know you needed until they were staring at you from a shelf. It’s one of those towns where you go in “just to look” and somehow leave with a bag full of tiny magical things.
This is your sign to take the trip, wander the streets, support the local shops, book the quirky stay, eat dinner in the cave, and buy the little trinket that reminds you of the memory.
Stay tuned for the full cave stay tour and more of our Eureka Springs weekend finds 🌿

Come with us to eat at Grotto Wood-Fired Grill & Wine Cave in Eureka Springs 🪨🍷✨
I thought it was only fitting to eat in a cave while we were also staying in one, and this spot had been on my list for a while. We had tried to get in before and couldn’t, so this time I made sure to call ahead and get that reservation.
And honestly… it did not disappoint.
Grotto is tucked right in downtown Eureka Springs inside a historic stone building with a natural spring flowing through it, which makes the whole dining experience feel so unique to the town. Eureka Springs itself became known for its natural springs and historic charm, so eating somewhere that blends the spring, stone, cave-like atmosphere, and wood-fired food felt like the perfect full-circle experience. Their wine cave is an actual natural cave, which is just the coolest dinner setting.
Jessica was our server and she was beyond amazing. The couple we sat next to was so nice, the food was delicious, and dining in a cave really made the whole night feel like one of those travel memories you talk about later.
If you’re planning a trip to Eureka Springs, add Grotto to your list and definitely make a reservation ahead of time.

Try this new matcha in a tube with me 🍵✨
I love a café matcha moment, but sometimes I want the cute drink without the $8 price tag or the full production. This Poda matcha is made with 100% real organic matcha, has 0g added sugar, no preservatives, and one tube makes about 20 cups.
Just squeeze, stir, sip. That’s my kind of low-effort luxury.
It’s giving creamy, smooth, lightly sweet, no clumps, and no bitter grassy aftertaste. Perfect for iced matcha lattes, morning routines, work-from-home drinks, or when you want café vibes at home.
Would you try matcha in a tube? Comment MATCHA and I’ll send you the link 🍵
Day 11 of my RogersHood Parafy + Lymf Kit cleanse and I’m still showing up for my body from the inside out 🌿✨
One thing I’ve learned on my wellness journey is that cleansing is not about doing something extreme. It’s about supporting the systems your body already uses every single day.
The Parafy Kit is designed to support your body’s natural cleansing process, digestion, gut balance, and internal wellness. I like to think of it as supporting the “cleanse” side of the routine.
The Lymf Kit is designed to support your lymphatic system, drainage pathways, fluid movement, and natural detox flow. Your lymphatic system plays a big role in helping your body move out what it no longer needs, so supporting it during a cleanse just makes sense.
Doing them together can be such a powerful combo because cleansing and drainage go hand in hand. Parafy supports the internal cleanse, while Lymf supports the flow and exit pathways. It’s a full-circle approach instead of focusing on just one piece of the wellness puzzle.
For me, this cleanse is also about getting intentional: drinking more water, eating cleaner, moving my body, sweating, resting, and actually listening to how I feel.
