What an adorable theme for a fall baby shower! I used pumpkin spice and apple cinnamon in place of a vanilla cookie base to highlight these fall pie flavors.

I took a break from editing and posting to enjoy the summer, but I’ve got some pretty cookies on my camera roll that are waiting for their moment to shine.

As much as we like cookies, our family’s go-to summer treat has been the strawberry ice cream at Big Dipper Creamery. Highly recommend it!
