Another successful PLC retrofit project completed on a Cincinnati Grinder!

Customer: Can you fix this?
Me: Got any prints?
Customer: Nope..
Me: Sure thing!

I managed to get these RedRock rollers running again and somehow got all the wiring straightened out and stuffed back into its home! Unfortunately I forgot to take an after picture! I promise I didn't just cram all the wiring into the box! Haha!

Well folks, sometimes you just have to laugh at life's little mishaps. Like when your control transformer decides to take an early retirement because some wires got crossed (literally). On the bright side, now we get to show off our expertise and save the day! Ikeda Radial Arm Drill is back in action

Fixed up a Toyoda FA1050S this afternoon! Found a bad Profibus card on a PILZ safety unit. Customer purchased a replacement card and the machine is ready for production again!

A chilly way to start the day! Industrial dust collection unit! 90° elbow collapsed! Up and running again in a few COLD hours!

Nice little Birmingham lathe that wouldn't power up for a customer. They throw on the power and nothing would happen. Turns out, the switch for the brake pedal was stuck and it thought the brake was staying applied! Fixed up and ready to run!

Holzher Edge Ba**er! Amazing the stuff these machines can do in such a short amount of time! Busy machines can be a challenge but it's always fun getting things working smoothly again!
