Pastor James Saul has joined our ancestors in heaven. Pastor Saul loved the Lord with all his heart and he loved people with that same love. He started a church in his home and I had the honor of attending services there years ago. He was a true man of God. He will be missed by all who knew him. I celebrated his 80th birthday with him, his family and friends. It was a surprise party. The picture in this post was taken when he came in the room and saw all the people wishing him happy birthday! Rest in Paradise Pastor Saul. may the love you had live on in our hearts and minds. To his family and friends I shall be praying for you all.

Dr. Quintard Taylor, a giant in the Seattle Community transitioned to be with the ancestors. It is with great sadness that I relay this message, but it has been a pleasure and honor to have known this great individual, Dr. Taylor had a great love and compassion for his people and honored their existence with an historical website depicting our history. Blackpast.org is the site. We thank you Dr. Taylor for your contributions to Seattle and the world! Rest in Peace my friend. My prayers go out for Dr. Taylor's family and friends. Dr. Charles Mitchell has transitioned to be with our Lord. I first Dr. Mitchell in the mid-seventies during the events held at the World Trade Center. He was always dressed sharp and handled his business. He was a straight shooter from what I gained from my interactions with him. He will be missed by our Seattle Community. Rest in Peace and power Dr. Mitchell. Great job on this earth. Our prayers are with the Mitchell family at this time.
