You know what I find hilarious? According to my allergist, the best way to consume vegetables is canned and microwaved, to remove the allergens, you know, direct opposition to all wisdom about how to eat healthy; especially if you were an 80's San Francisco hippie, like my mom. So far, I have not found this to be the case, as microwaved canned corn is what caused the response that first made me question corn a year ago, before the testing confirmed it...🧐
