2 blower motors later, this customer called and asked for a diagnosis. We found a burnt terminal under the fuse box on this 2018 Ram for blower motor +12v supply. We were able to get the AC working again today by running another fused circuit , while the control side still operates as factory.

Here in Tucson, I often see hidden pack rat damage that is the root cause of engine and transmission codes. Many times when people are tempted to change parts to fix a vehicle to no avail, a simple wiring repair & rat eviction can get you back on the road again for much less $$ 🙂

This ‘02 Silverado had multiple transmission codes and would not shift, but after removing the fuse box cover I found a nest, along with many more wires that were chewed through and the root cause of other issues that the truck was experiencing 🔧

Another shop quoted this customer a little over $1100 for this repair, but we got the job done for almost 1/4 that price, and they didn’t even have to leave their house.
