This weekend, we will take you to South West of USA.
Minaë and her partner from Arizona has been running a tacos PopUp in Tokyo and Helsinki. Arizona is bordering Mexico, and its culinary culture is deeply influenced by Mexican food.
Minaë pays homage to her favourite eatery “The Little Poca Cosa” in Tucson Arizona in brunch menus this weekend.
Brunch comes in 2 course menus.
Starter porridge - a choice between overnight oats with mango chilli topping, or green posole (savoury)
Main has a choice between:
• Huevos rancheros - crispy corn tortillas topped with fried eggs, beans, rice and salad on side (GF, Veg) *Mexican Chorizo add on 2 euros
• Tamale de frijoles & mole - Mexican steamed dumpling, braise cooked chicken or mushroom in chocolate based mole sauce, rice, beans and salad on side.
Brunch is 24.50 and comes with a choice of drinks.
Served between 10-15, Sat & Sun.
