Registration for the SummerHood at the Ruckus Room is LIVE!!

Our 8 week summer weight loss challenge begins June 3rd and runs through July 28th!

As a SummerBrother, you’ll get access to classes at either of our locations on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a Brother’s only class at our downtown location 7 AM on Saturdays.

As a SummerSister, you’ll get access to classes at either of our locations Monday through Thursday.

You’ll have weekly challenges to complete, nutrition guidance, creative weekend workshops and have access to a large community for support and guidance along the way!!!
