Had a blast at Ironman 70.3 Oceanside. Was not exactly the result I was shooting for, but still had a great day alongside some amazing people. So glad to share that course with some amazing new friends as well - go team Athletic!! Thanks for the amazing photos! 🙌 On to the next one! 🍻

Excited to crush 2024 and continue to learn and grow in triathlon. Fully dedicated to swim, bike, and run this year. The build starts now for 70.3 Oceanside in April. 🙌

IRONMAN 70.3 AZ - overall time PR and PR on the Bike and Swim. Run was rough. It was a HOT race but had fun and learned a lot. Still getting used to the triathlon game and really enjoy the process even when the results don’t go my way but that’s OKAY! Doing IRONMAN 70.3 Indian Wells on December 3rd. Hoping I can get some solid training in before then and give it another rip. Big plans for 2024 race season! 🙌

Where’s Waldo? Can you spot me? The cheering crowds were huge but the amount of runners was overwhelming as well. Impossible to make a move if you wanted to run faster at the beginning 😂 crazy just how many people there were!

Boston Marathon 2023 - 2:55:24
What an experience! So grateful to be able to race the Boston Marathon. Never in my life did I ever think I’d be at this start line. Not exactly the time I was hoping for but I knew it was going to be a tough day even before the first 5K. The crowd was absolutely phenomenal. Tried to soak in the atmosphere as much as I could - but to be honest- I feel as though I blacked out for most of the race. It was a lot of tunnel vision fighting through the pain that started early on lol. The finish line was crazy. So many people. I let go of the pain and let the experience soak in. Boston you were truly amazing. Altough you chewed me up and spit me out I’ll be back for revenge 😈

⭐️What are some of your goals for 2023? For me, I want to continue the momentum I built from 2022 and continue to focus on mindfulness and wellness. Athletic Brewing has allowed me to continue to train hard and enjoy brews without compromise. Cutting out alcohol has been tremendous for me, and I’m glad I can still enjoy a delicious non-alcoholic craft beer and still meet my goals!

3 years ago I decided to give up drinking and haven’t looked back since. I am blessed to be on the journey I’m on now. I am grateful to God, my friends, and my family for encouraging me along the way. I am continually trying to learn, grow, and become a better version of myself.
