We don't rent uniforms.
The rental model looks convenient. Someone else owns the garments, launders them, and handles the logistics. But that convenience adds up. You pay every week, indefinitely, and after years of payments you own nothing. Lost or damaged items often get billed at full retail. And you're tied to a service contract you can't easily exit.
We sell directly to you. You own your uniforms outright, which means better pricing, no weekly service fees, and no long-term lock-in. You also control the fabric, the fit, and the branding, because all of it belongs to you.
For companies coming off a rental or laundry service, the switch is usually simpler than they expect, and the savings tend to show up fast.
Wondering whether your rental program is still the right call?
Let's run the numbers together.

Choosing a uniform provider is a bigger decision than most companies treat it as. The wrong one costs you in hidden fees, missed deliveries, and frustrated employees. The right one runs quietly in the background for years.
We put together a 12-point checklist to help you evaluate any provider before you sign. Contracts, pricing, technology, scalability, and the red flags worth walking away from.

Five red flags to watch for when you're evaluating a uniform provider:
1. Slow responses during the sales process. If they're hard to reach while they're trying to win your business, it doesn't get better after you sign.
2. No dedicated contact. Generic inboxes and call-center routing mean no one actually owns your account.
3. No experience in your industry. A provider who doesn't understand your compliance or safety requirements turns their learning curve into your operational risk.
4. One shipping carrier. Single-carrier providers tend to struggle with remote sites and peak-season delays.
5. Full retail charges for lost or damaged items. Common with rental programs, and a fast way to turn small losses into big invoices.
Good providers are easy to reach, accountable, and built around your business instead of their own convenience and that's the standard we hold ourselves to, starting with a dedicated account manager who actually knows your program.

Read the renewal clause before you sign the uniform contract.
A lot of providers build in automatic renewal. Miss the cancellation window, which can be anywhere from 90 to 180 days before your term ends, and you're locked in for another full term whether the service has been good or not.
It's one of the most common ways businesses end up stuck with a provider they'd already decided to leave.
We don't do long-term contracts. You buy your uniforms, you own them, and you stay because the program works, not because a clause says you have to.
Already stuck in a contract you want out of? We've helped plenty of companies make that switch.

The cheapest uniform quote on your desk is probably not the cheapest uniform program.
One provider quotes you $18 a shirt. Another quotes $22. Easy call, right?
Then the first invoice arrives.
There's a setup fee.
A monthly account maintenance charge whether you ordered anything or not.
A markup on alterations.
A rush fee because the first delivery ran late.
By the end of year one, the $18 shirt has quietly become the more expensive option.
Per-garment pricing is the number vendors want you comparing.
Total annual cost is the number that actually hits your budget.
Before you sign anything, ask for every fee in writing. Setup, digitization, monthly minimums, rush charges, all of it. A provider who's confident in their pricing won't hesitate to put it on paper.
We built our model around exactly that kind of transparency. No hidden fees, no monthly service charges, no surprises on the invoice. Just the cost of the uniforms your team actually needs.

Safety apparel does not have to look bulky, overly industrial, or out of place with your brand.
In fast-moving, wet work environments like car washes, the right uniforms can support visibility, slip-resistance, comfort, and protection while still looking clean and professional.
That can mean features like reflective trim or bright color blocking for better visibility, slip-resistant footwear for wet surfaces, quick-drying fabrics, and durable materials that hold up in high-wear environments.
The goal is not just to dress the part. It is to help your team stay safer, feel more comfortable, and represent your business well on the job. 💧
Arizona Uniform helps businesses build uniform programs that balance safety, function, and appearance.

Your uniforms and promotional products should feel like one brand, not two separate projects.
When apparel is ordered in one place and swag is handled somewhere else, it can lead to inconsistent logos, mismatched colors, extra back-and-forth, and more time spent managing details.
Arizona Uniform and Arizona Promos help businesses bring branded apparel and promotional products together, from employee uniforms and workwear to drinkware, bags, pens, tech accessories, PPE, and more.
One team.
One brand standard.
A simpler way to keep employees, customers, and your company connected.
Let’s make branded ordering easier to manage.
