Did livewire kwre yesterday with Mike Thomas. For years of doing live wire Mike has been asking for my smoked cheesecake well yesterday I delivered.

Day 4 of cookie wars. Snickerdodles are done. Trying a new cookie out pecan pie cookie. Not the prettiest on the first try but practice will make perfect.
The third day of cookie wars is a wrap. Almost 16 dozen cookie done today. Only two more cookies to go then smoked mixed nut, smoked trail mix and hopefully some smoked cream and Swiss cheese.
