Our experienced chef prepares many menu items from scratch using fresh ingredients and takes pride in delivering quality, flavor, and consistency in every dish.

We are committed to offering options for guests with gluten sensitivities and celiac disease. When ordering, please inform your server of your dietary needs so we can take the appropriate precautions.

Our chef is knowledgeable about every ingredient used in our kitchen and has sourced gluten-free buns and alternative ingredients that allow many guests to enjoy a variety of menu options. We follow preparation procedures designed to minimize the risk of cross-contact whenever possible.

We are excited to welcome everyone to Bourbon & Bobbers Saloon as we continue our training week and extended soft opening!

To ensure our team has the opportunity to provide the best possible service while learning our systems and perfecting every detail, we will be offering our Limited Menu on Thursday, June 18th and Friday, June 19th.

⏰ Food Service Hours
Thursday & Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

🍻 Bar Hours
Thursday: 11:00 AM – Midnight
Friday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM

Our limited menu features a selection of guest favorites, including steak tips, grilled shrimp, chicken wings, Dorito nachos, burgers, our Cowboy Cut Ribeye special, and house-made desserts.

This week is all about training, learning, and making sure we’re ready to deliver the outstanding food, drinks, and hospitality you deserve. Your patience, support, and feedback mean the world to us as we prepare for our official Grand Opening Weekend! The Grand Opening is June 20, 2026 from 11am to 2am.
