Welcome Lisa to New Moon Yoga Studio!

Lisa will offer Prenatal Yoga every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. for the next 8 weeks.

Experience the serenity of mindful breath combined with gentle vinyasa movements designed to support you during pregnancy. Embrace this harmonious flow as you nurture your body and connect deeply with your growing little one.

She offers an 8-week package for only $80, or Drop in for $15

Lisa is a grandmother, yoga teacher, grape grower, and dance instructor. She creates a safe, warm, and welcoming space through teaching anatomical awareness, mindful breath work and body movement.

The longest day of the year is coming up!
Join us on Sunday, June 21st for TWO Summer Solstice Runs!

We will start off the day with a morning run while the sun rises. The morning run will start from our downtown store at 5:40am where we will run along the bay as the sun rises.

Then in the evening we will meet up again at the downtown store for our sunset run! The evening run starts at 9pm and will also go along the bay as the sunsets.

Both of these runs are free and open to the public. Please RSVP for both runs if you plan to attend both or RSVP for one if you’re planning to attend only one.

The morning run will be 3 miles and the evening run will be 2 miles. We hope to see you on the longest day of the year!
