Hi! Iβm Betsey, chef and owner of Prep Personal Chef Service. Prep will provide you with custom, delicious meals prepared specifically to your tastes.
My hope is that my passion for food can allow busy individuals and families to take a little more time to spend together and slow down. How does it work, you ask? First, we have an initial consult where I determine your food preferences. Next, I create an entire menu based on what you like! If you have little to no time to cook, want to treat yourself or a loved one, or have a small event you need catered, Prep can help!

β¨WILD DINNER series No 1. β¨
After 8 months off work I was so eager to get back in the kitchen. My amazing, creative girl tribe decided to help me kick my season off with the most beautiful curated spring dinner.
Set in the woods at Holiday House, we had a special 5 course seasonal dinner. Cocktails by and wine by . Gorgeous table generously donated by . Photography by the beyond talented and .
The first in a series of outdoor dinners that features all the area has to offer in produce, paired with the stunning landscape of Northern Michigan.
MENU:
- Deviled eggs with chili crisp oil/chive oil/ chive/dill/cornichon
-Spring panzanella: snap peas/parmesan/cucumber/ asparagus/radish/multigrain loaf/sunflower seeds/pea shoots/ basil white balsamic vin
-Asparagus Brie soup/chive/ olive oil
-Sausage and white wine pasta/lemon/ ramp/fennel/ broccoli parmesan cream sauce
-strawberry cheesecake/raspberry coulis/vanilla whip/freezedried berries
