Evergreen - Community Group

Evergreen is gearing up for a summer full of events, connections, and community and we’re looking for people who want to help create spaces where no one feels alone.
Our mission is simple: to be a beacon of warmth, connection, and support for those feeling isolated or lonely in Northern Michigan.

For the past six years we have made a special bond with members of our community through our outreach. A bond that we share with you, no matter if you have joined us for a hike, attended a past dinner, or connected with us on social media. Our main goal is to create a welcoming space where individuals can find solace, community, and an uplifting presence.

As we plan for the months ahead, we’re at a pivotal point. The future of Evergreen will be determined by the level of financial support and leadership engagement we receive in the coming weeks.

Climbing at ELEV8 Climbing Gym is this Friday!

Join us on Feb 28 from 6–8 PM for a night of climbing and hanging out together. Whether it’s your first time on the wall or you’ve climbed before, everyone’s welcome.

Low-key vibes more your thing? Grab coffee with Rev. Alex or bring a dish to pass at the potluck (pie encouraged, but not required 🍰).

And if you just need a break from adulting, the Brew Crew is the answer, or laugh it up at game night in our social hall (Monopoly and Jenga, anyone? 🎲).
