Farmed Table
We bring our community together through food, focused on local sourcing and seasonal eating in the greater Traverse City, MI areas.

Well… after a lot of thinking, scribbling in notebooks, and probably overcomplicating things, I have some news:
Farmed Table is becoming Field & Fork 🌿🍴
The truth is, this new name feels more like me, more like the mission, and (bonus!) a little easier to distinguish from the phrase “farm to table” itself.
What isn’t changing?
✨ Seasonal food
✨ Thoughtful ingredients
✨ Gathering around a table with people you love
✨ My tendency to get way too excited about local and seasonal produce
This is simply a new name for the same heart behind the work.
Over the next little while you’ll start seeing Field & Fork pop up here, on menus, and in all the places where I get to share food with you. Specifically at .wav upcoming wine event July 2!!
Thank you for being here through every iteration, every event, every menu, and every wild idea. I’m so excited for what’s next.
Same farmer’s market enthusiasm. New name.
Welcome to Field & Fork. 🌱
And BIG thank you to my brand friend for her amazing work in bringing my ideas to life and forming them into something that feels like putting on an old jacket. 🫶🏽🪩

7 YEARS!!!!
7 years of fostering community through food. Of making a family dinner more about the family time than the time spent prepping or cleaning up. 7 years of supporting local agriculture by going right to the source: farmers. 7 years of being in the kitchen and hearing bonds forming between strangers.
and I wanted to cook for other people, so we did. The first dinner was in my Logan Square backyard, just to see if we could really do it. And we did! We hosted multiple dinners the year leading into a 2020 that changed everything, for everyone, but we still wanted to connect with our community.
So we started delivering meals instead. And then when the world became safer again, we hosted two dinners in a different Logan Square apartment. Then we moved to Traverse City, put down roots, and started cooking for our community in a new location again.
First, we were The Spread. Our guests at our first dinner actually helped pick the name! Then it was time for a change and we renamed to Farmed Table 3 years ago to better reflect our perpetual values of local sourcing. A new era is on the horizon yet again - more to come there!
Always grateful. Always ready for more. Thank you for this milestone 💚
