8 years ago i became Mat Certified while pregnant with my second child. In fact this weekend exactly!!!!

Next weekend I will celebrate my first anniversary as a Complete Apparatus Certified pilates teacher.

And i am a mom of 3 young children, homeowner, cat owner and.... A DREAMER.

I try to keep this page Pilates centric, but i think it is good for you to get to know the other side of me. I am a mom of three beautiful children. We recently gave up NYC for quiter kind of life in Torrington, CT. And that was, albeit major, not the only change in our lives this year...

With that we have closed yet another chapter. One ended Elementary School, one said goodbye to the 2nd grade and the youngest moved up to Kindergarten.
We said good buy to the old school and old friends.
We finished one chapter, so another can be open.
New Beginnings: first summer at our new home,.making new friends and starting new schools in the fall. And yes, that includes Middle School, too.

Just BECAUSE.
If we live using our hearts more, the world would become a better place for us all.

This was my first attempt at inversion since i was in my early 20s.... Hence my husband acts as my safety net!
It was far from perfect; I was a bit too far from my wall/tree, so my form wasn't great and i took a tumble.
Still, it felt great to do it!
My 1st attempt💪❣️

If you are trying this remember to:
👉have a wall/tree
👉initiate movement in your powerhouse
👉use your glutes
👉keep your collarbones open
👉keep pushing the ground away and keep reaching toes to the sky above↕️❣️
