๐จโ๐ณRecipe Highlight of The Week: Butternut Squash and White Bean Chili
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small butternut squash, peeled and diced
1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
2 cups vegetable broth
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
Stir in diced butternut squash, cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add white beans, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the butternut squash is tender.
Serve the chili hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.

๐จโ๐ณRecipe Highlight of The Week: Carrot Apple Turmeric Wellness Shot
Ingredients:
5-7 Carrot Stalks (depending on size), roughly chopped
1 Apple, roughly chopped (any variety)
5 inches of Ginger Root, roughly chopped (start with 2-3 inches if youโre a beginner)
2-3 Inches of Turmeric Root (start with ยฝ - 1 inch if youโre a beginner)
ยผ tsp Black Peppper
1.5 - 2 Cups Water
Makes about 32oz
Instructions:
Blend all in a blender or strain with a nut bag or cheesecloth.
Store in 2oz glass bottles for up to 7 days in the fridge or in BPA FREE plastic 2oz freezer safe bottles for up to 30 days.
