For I have couple of before and after designs for my game ANTI - A Minimalist Brain-Teaser, based on some user feedback for requests, and some feedback from my business partners.
The decision to include my logo instead of remaining with the minimal text is because branding.
Redesigned Main Menu to include room for ad space (non-intrusive), emphasis on the play button, rather than equal weight like the previous image. And room for a store button.
Planned features based on user feedback from the first week of playtesting:
A way to use the stars besides street cred (Store Front)
More color themes, sound effect packs, and BGMs for purchase with those stars or with real money
An endless mode to earn more stars beyond the current 126 stars.
A personal stats page
Achievements
Planned features based on marketing feedback and ad revenue
Banner ads in locations other than the gameplay
A served full-screen ad after every 3rd round which was not interrupted by a user selected ad.
An IAP to remove banner and intrusive ads
An IAP for each set of color/sfx/bgm packs
Potential future features
Complete visual redesign purchases (like rounded shapes instead of hard ones, for example)

Dessert Dungeons is an adventure game where the player must avoid traps, solve puzzles, and eat dessert treasures! Here is the introductory set of levels for teaching players the basics.

I gave the MidJourney AI prompts from my game and this is what it came up with
Today we have added attacks for 4 directions, vfx, and player animations to match the ground and air versions of left and right. Will make the up and down versions tonight.

Working on some environment design for my upcoming game, The Light. This is The Foundry.
This video is a quick update to show off the base movement of the main character for The Light. I use the Stencyl game development engine.
The audio in the background was made in FL Studio.
I worked out:
simple left and right movement
momentum states
variable jump height/button sensitivity
wall climbing
wall jumping
slope detection
and of course a visible animation state for each one

Some of these sword designs look awfully familiar...
Fine-tuned the base movement. moving with slowdown, slopes, jumping with variable height/button press height, wall jumping, wall climbing. looks pretty cool
I'm still learning everything in my pipeline, but this is making me feel more confident. The shade is from my concept art. The design will likely go through a few changes and is a WIP
