Our family had a short timeline to conduct funeral services, and our "go to" florist in Topeka is University Flowers, who made the "impossible" not only possible but beautiful! The arrangement was absolutely stunning and so fitting - and I am so thankful to be able to tell others to give them a call anytime you need flowers in your life!

I’d like to periodically post about the local florists (and restaurants when we’re able) that we serve in Topeka, because we love to support local (obviously) and they help to support us, as well. But also because they are just wonderful people with unique and necessary businesses!

So today I wanted to give you a little glimpse of University Flowers at 17th and Washburn. This florist shop is ran by Cliff and Steve, and they are so much fun to work with! These two are creative masterminds when it comes to decor and one-of-a-kind floral arrangements. If you want something completely different in the best way possible, visit University Flowers! Again, you exceeded our expectations for another wedding and on Mother's Day and Graduations. I dont know how you pulled this off but, you did. You took a concept and a list of preferred flowers and created some of the most stunning and elegant arrangements Ive ever seen-some 100+ no doubt! The bridal bouquets were breathtaking. We appreciate all that you have done for us over the years. Thank you so much for another event well done.

This box was put together by Steve and Cliff. We supplied the white box, bird house and birds. They did the rest. This contains my mother’s ashes and sat up front for her service almost a year ago. Thank you guys, my mother would have been so proud to see what you accomplished! This, to me, is a work of art!

Well I need to toot the horn for Cliff and Steve. I had called in for flowers for a funeral - but as always want something unique. They convinced me to send a Succulent arrangement. Received a card today from the husband and family. He said was the most unique arrangement there, and his wife would have loved it!!! Thank you guys!!!
